The small seaside town of Newcastle nestles at the foot of the Mourne Mountains on the County Down Coast.
Overlooking the beautiful Newcastle beach, this youth hostel is traditional in style and not only makes the perfect base for family holidays by the sea, but is also ideal for adventure seekers who wish to explore the majestic Mourne Mountains and sample the wide range of outdoor activities on offer such as horse riding, rock climbing, hill walking and canoeing.
Newcastle Youth Hostel offers traditional budget accommodation, suited to groups and families, individual travellers and walker and ramblers. There are a range of room sizes available, a fully equipped self catering kitchen and a self-contained family apartment which can accommodate 4 people. A children’s adventure playground is located across the road from the hostel.
