The small seaside town of Newcastle nestles at the foot of the Mourne Mountains on the County Down Coast. Overlooking Newcastle beach, this youth hostel offers traditional budget accommodation, suited to groups, families, individual travellers and walkers. There are a range of room sizes available, a fully equipped self catering kitchen and a self-contained family apartment which can accommodate up to 4 people. A children’s adventure playground is located across the road from the hostel.
Not only is Newcastle Youth Hostel perfect for family holidays by the sea but also ideal for adventure seekers who wish to explore the Mourne Mountains and sample the wide range of outdoor activities on offer such as horse riding, rock climbing, hill walking and canoeing.
