Our largest youth hostel is situated between Belfast’s cosmopolitan and historic city centre and the lively University Quarter. Perfect for all ages, Belfast International Youth Hostel offers excellent value accommodation within walking distance of the city’s museums, theatres, music venues, restaurants, cafes, pubs and clubs.
The hostel offers both ensuite and standard bedrooms in a variety of sizes, internet access, the Causeway Cafe with an extensive breakfast menu suited to the budget traveller, a secure free car park and excellent self catering facilities. We are staffed, and open, 24 hours a day.
Queen's University, Belfast’s Botanic Gardens, the Ulster Museum, City Hall, Europa Bus Station and Botanic Train Stations are all within walking distance of the hostel.
The hostel is open all year round, making it the perfect base for your visit to Belfast.

This is the ideal place to have a relaxing breakfast. It is open 7 days a week and has an extensive menu featuring local Irish food as well as favourites from around the world. The Causeway Café is open from 7.55am to 11.00am Monday through to Saturday and 7.55am to 11.30am on Sundays.
Also available for group bookings of 8 or more people – Breakfast, Lunch and Full Dinner Menu.
